UPDATE

UPDATESorry for the late response ... I left the house this morning at 8am for the 145 mile drive to Tehachapi from Newport Beach and back home just now. (10:08pm) This was a long planned trip where we had the formal open air celebration of our partnership with Paul Morris Keller Williams Forward Living Realty.  Had about 50 real estate agents attend and in two weeks we will start collecting deposit reservations from the list of 200+ buyers.  General David Smith of the USAF attended with his wife and thanked us for what we are doing to help with housing given the increased demand caused by the B-21 Raider program ($80 Billion fully funded) to build the last generation of stealth bombers at USAF Plant 42 in Palmdale.  No service member wants to live in Palmdale or Lancaster due to the gang issues.  The City Manager also gave a speach.  We are looking for a final approval with the Planning Commission in Oct/Nov and then construction start.

Regarding Montalva, I have a conference call with the FOMB at 3:30pm EDT tomorrow (Friday).
It will be myself, our President Cliff Webb, Luis Back and the chief energy counsel for the FOMB, (who use to be our former GRB lawyer in Puerto Rico).  I'll let everyone know the summary of the conversation on the weekend.  I had no time to call anyone today to hear the conversation of the PREPA - FOMB meeting today.  I will find out tomorrow, but more importantly we have our own FOMB call tomorrow at 3:30 pm EDT.

Best
