I don't understand why it went down in the first place.
The only thing is FOMB doesn't want 150MW. So they want something smaller in phase I to save money during this hard time?
If our project starts with lets say 80MW, and later on expand to 150MW, 300MW or more, it sounds almost equally fine to me.
Am I understanding it correctly?
