Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Jeffo wont comment on this. There is no way he can spin his way out of this one.
You will only get excuses from his pumpers/cult followers, which now downplay the approval of Montalva as if of little significance.(and most of us bangholder got in for this reason only, not for all that BS in Alberta and Telepachi.)

I guess a blind mouse has more vision than a CEO.
