Simply put, Forward Living is just 25% of his real estate agency business.

The operative word is Paul Morris, NOT Forward Living

This is what is owned by Paul Morris as per our full disclosure with the SEC:

Paul is a significant Keller Williams' Regional Owner for Central & Southern California, where he oversees 36 offices with 8,400 realtors who close $24 billion in sales volume per year. Additionally, as CEO of Forward Living, Paul has grown his own offices to become Keller Williams’ #2 Franchisee with 3,400 realtors and $11.8 billion in annual closed volume. Paul and his team have led Keller Williams Realty to the #1 spot for Market Share in Los Angeles County and City. 

His own offices as indictaed above include offices that is owned in his name through his other holding companies, not Forwad Living, but the name Forward Living is used as that is his trade name for many of the Real Estate lead generation and broker management IP with offices and regional units where the ACTUAL ownership is in his other holding companies, not Forward Living.

The SEC disclosure is accurate, not a online search of "Forward Living".

We would all be Billionaires if we could just sit on our duffs and on our laptops and google search information and then think that information represents an entity you have no clue is the only party in the sector.  

But follow Shneps advice and sell.  You will make him happy.
