Not once did "anybody" say the road wouldn't be done.
What was discussed was that Jeff's timeframe in which it would be completed or even started was incorrect. Which was true.
The other was that it had very little relevance to the first 3 phases of the development. Which is true.
What is also true is there is still no development occurring so far so who cares anymore about something that won't be revelant for another few years too come.
