RE:Sage Ranch WebsiteSo, according to that "just released" website they still do not know what the HOA fees are going to actually cost and they haven't even seperated the fact that SFD HOA fees will be different from the attached homes because monies are required to be allocated for roof, window, siding,etc. maintenance. Significant higher cost associations.
Can't receive non-refundable deposits without that information in place.

The "Reflective Building Materials" have turned from white to brown in color and are therefore no longer "reflective". That is just awful lack of attention.

Under "Location" the photo of the mountains has sooo much smog coming up from the cities you can barely see the far mountain range. How difficult is it to take a clear shot? I mean seriously?

Apparently the "Energy Smart/Star Technology" is not being included as they merely fuzzed it out of the photo and didn't take the time to actually remove it. Very cheesy.

Again nothing from Green Matter Technologies.
$1.9M in "consulting fees" received from GMT and they don't even utilize they technology?

No home details at all, just redenderings.

A year and a half waiting for somebody to build that site? Sven must be embarassed.
