Talk about posting misleading bs, geezus.

He exercised options, he didn't "buy" anything.

And he isn't "holding back" 200,000 "shares", he just didn't exercise the remaining 200,000 options, and they expired according to SEDI.

Better go back to school and take the investing 101 course.
