Sage Ranch Builder

Sage Ranch's new builder doesn't look like they will have the lawsuit filed against them by (182) home owners of Tyner Ranch for "Construction Defects" before they start Sage.
Court hearings are scheduled for August 18th 2024.

I've also noted that Landmark Construction has a business license registered in Tehachapi but nothing for Phillips (he is registered in Bakersfield)
