A comment from the webinarJeff said that insiders and the "families" own over 50% of the outstanding shares. which would be north of 17 million. If you subtract the reporting insiders, that leaves about 9 million shares for the 3 big investors. Since none of them are reporting, none of them can have over 3.4 million shares.
So it looks like all three are hovering just under the 10% level so they don't have to report.
