RE:RE:Sage Ranch Comparable

RE:RE:Sage Ranch ComparableLunderk, perhaps I can ask you for an answer to the "elephant in the room."

This quotation is from Jeff Ciachurski in relation to the Sage Ranch entitlement.

“A month later, the market crashed,” he said. “And so, the entitlement was granted, but if you don’t build within two years — if you don’t move dirt within two years — you lose your entitlement. So, the market crash was… the worst real estate crash in U.S. history. So, entitlement was lost.”

If the Sage Ranch project has always been capable of moving forward since its entitlement in August 2021 and the Water District's lawsuit has nothing to do with slowing the project.
My question is, does the project actually still have entitlement (which I believe it does)?
And if it does have entitlement then why have the rules for Greenbriar not been given to other developers in Tehachapi.
There are numerous properties that have lost entitlement.
Why not Greenbriar?
They are coming closer to three years then the two year maximum.
