questions regarding to approval or not
Has this project been refused by FOMB already and Prepa is just aruging now ?
or
so far, FOMB has never reacted to the project yet ?

FOMB has not given a yes or a no to any shovel ready project.

I think we will only know the anwser after the meeting on the end of Oct. So just wait around 20 days and see if GRB could be the approved this year. I believe even Jeff won't tell you he got 99.9% sure about the anwser this time.

hopefully even if approval of this project is not gonna happen this year, we still have Sage Ranch project at early Nov. finger crossed ...
