All,

I warned everyone not to follow the FOMB and PREPA meetings and post blogs on what they think they have heard. Regulators can change their opinion in a heartbeat and some bloggers even correctly said the Governor wanted more projects.  

Reality can and will change in a heartbeat.  

I am not going to post a news release on our letterhead because of the ever dynamic hourly changes both in Washington, DC and Puerto Rico.  I have have made serious allegations and somethings can be posted to defend silly bloggers and others cannot on our letterhead.  My posting is in defense of incorrect info from bloggers, not from official news.  Was their an official statement from Washington, DC that the 593 would not get approved?  No ... Did the FOMB sign a resolution saying their fast track decision was never going to change? No 

Greenbriar will post news on its letterhead when news is hard stop facts.  None exist from the the bloggers on this board. 

I spoke to IIROC (the Canadian Securities Regulator) this morning and we are not issuing news until something is factually hard stop and FINAL FINAL. 

Things are changing hourly.  We all know that even our prices and transmission costs were misprints.  Much facts remain and none to be found by on line meetings and subsequent posts by bloggers.  If wrongs were done, they will be corrected.  We are not issuing letterhead news everytime a misprint, incorrect statement or other serious allegations are made.  I can dispute bloggers here but we are not publishing via news release letterhead dynamic situations behind the scenes in Congress or PR.  We need hard facts that are truthful.  We have seen none yet that are hard stop regarding the 593 and everyone here knows that.  Lately a place here to help make false analytics and some here can drive down the price.   I am not manifesting that strategy through our letterhead.  And yes, my friends are buying by the boatload from your actions not mine.

Yes, people are selling BUT People are buying ... too much non-sense here.

Hard news will get released on our letterhead when all issues are clear and final, not before

people are selling because there is an incredible amount of talk, and to this point, execution to completion has faltered. The talk has led to expectations and targets and those targets have been missed. Until shareholder trust has been reestablished, there will be bleeding. Meeting forecasts and guidance is critical. If you cant meet or exceed them, dont make them. I dont think people are selling

100% agree with 9IsLucky and Doctor90.  No disrespect Jeff since I have always appreciated your hard work and dedication, but this was a very confusing few days for shareholders.  The carefully scripted show the FOMB staged made it look like our next shot at the "formality" would be an October decision.  For anyone who watched it and perused the accompanying slides it was
