My apologies Lunderk. I have not been around here for years like some people. The point of the article is to show what an absolute disaster the Puerto Rican financial affairs are. It's absolutely crazy the billions of dollars that go virtually unaccounted for. The cancellation of the PROMESA agreements were supposed to save over 300M+. They can't even seem to hedge their fuel costs as they ...more
