Geez, why jump to NASDAQ now? Why not get a better offer on Sage and get Montalva approved first? .. then uplist with momentum. Uplisting certainly does not guarantee a better stock price, in fact it has been the demise of many stocks previously. I would think timing is everything!

Feeling great about Jeff's credibility on all projects and his desire to get to NASDAQ. Not concerned in the least and have been a buyer in last several weeks.

I agree with you hubby and if people actually listened to the interviews they would know what is up with nasdaq. I don't understand people investing in companies without doing research and keeping up with developments. Anyways let's see where the wave takes us!

Letsmakemoney9- I don't think that GRB meet the requirements to be listed on Nasdaq for now https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/nasdaq-listing-requirements/

Nasdaq does not hurry. Develop or sell Sage, break ground in Alberta and PR.This is where the value is - uplisting too early has "killed" many companies. First we need more meat on the bone. And I think we're close on the solar projects as well.

Once again Frosch I am in complete agreement. If Sage is for sale then let's get the best price possible and concentrate on PR and AB. As you say that is where the real future value of GRB is. NASDAQ will follow in due course.
