Sage Questions?

Jeff:

First:  I believe Sage has great potential for either Sage to develop or a potential sale.  Jeff is 100% correct about the need for housing for the Aerospace Community in the greater area and these engineers/mechanics can afford Sage even with the higher rates.

(I also, agree with Jeff, The hardest work has already been completed)

Let’s assume the value of Sage is worth 40MM-USD (I believe it is worth – much-much more)

Why wouldn’t you as the fiduciary (CEO) to Captiva have Captiva take out a loan and make sure that PWR shareholders are compensated?  I am sure there are plenty of hard money lenders – PEGS who would loan the money for a potential reward?

It just seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen if Captiva does not participate.

Also, why hire Paul Morris (who is a very accomplished in residential sales and management) but is not an investment banker to represent Sage to investors.  Confused – I am sure there are some great Investment Banks that work in this area.

Thoughts?

Included in that group are institutional real estate agents that ...more

SuperT:On the page where your post is,at the top, there is a heading called "news". If you hit that headline, the last news item answers your question. It says : Grb to sell Sage for $181 million.Dont need much due diligence for that.

They are merely selling it only through clandestine networks because there has been no listing posted for it. Shh.... don't tell anybody. It's a secret for special people only. That way they get secret prices. BS
