When to buy a real estate brokerage firm

Apparently the naysayers believe the proper time to buy a RE firm is when business is booming ,thereby paying top $.It would seem to me that if I wanted a bargain,I would buy now, when the RE business is under stress. Also, doesn't it appear that the naysayer's questions are more disjointed ,confusing and irrational than usual. A rally seems to have caused a frenzy of nonsensical probes for Jeff's failings.

Beginning of 2021 Compass (COMP:NYSE) traded for $20 February 2022 was the peak of the housing market. Compass (COMP:NYSE) traded for $8 I guess that blows another one of your stupid responses. Jeff announced this acquisition was happening back in 2020. I guess that blows another one of your stupid responses. OMG

Suppose, just suppose, they were asking too much for GRB back then. But now Jeff can get a reasonable deal.
