Infinigen Renewables gets funding for 2 Solar Parks in Puerto Rico!,,, they have already 20 year deal with PREP for building them.

Can't believe here we sit, the best design and location of all the projects so far nothing to show for it but lawyer bills! They must have a real hate on for us ! We have been financed from the getgo! Could have been up and running by now!
