My "come-to-Jesus moment"

Even though it appears that ground-breaking at Sage Ranch is imminent, I have finally had to admit that the chances of GRB selling all of those houses in a 6-year time span is going to be a very tall order, regardless of the water supply issue.

There are already a LOT of homes for sale in the area, many of them in our price range;

So how in 'ell are we going to sell another 1000 homes into that market, in 6 years?

I look at where we live, a "newer" development, in a similarly sized city. Our development broke ground around 10 years ago, and isn't quite filled even now, and it was only about 70 homes.
Now I realise we don't live near Los Angeles, and so don't have the same demand from big-city refugees, but if so many people want to move the Tehachapi, why are there so many existing homes for sale now?

I had high hopes for my investment in GRB, but will be selling my last remaining shares on the excitement of the ground-breaking, when/if that jump in the share price comes. I have always thought that because of all of the financings in the $1.25 area, the share price has to get back to that level at the very least, so I still expect that to happen, as "insiders" don't like to lose money. But above that? Anyone's guess.

I do hope that Jeff pulls it off for the patient shareholders, as they deserve a nice reward for their patience.
