This isn't a SURPRISE???? Just 1 closing of anything? Grand opening of what? STREET WIDING? HEAD BOTTLEWASHER SHOULD BE really proud of himself on this one! What a joke! Never heard of such nonsense in regards to a subdivision opening! Sure such things have to be done time to time! But have that as your lead story for kicking off this development! Please!
