Greenbriar Sustainable Living Inc > I have to wonder sometimes,

I have to wonder sometimes,

with some of the really uninformed statements being made by some of the "longs", are they really shareholders? Have they really risked their hard-earned money without actually understanding what they bought?
Personally, I don't put my money down unless I have a solid understanding of the risk to reward, and that can only come if I understand the fundamentals. And one has to do the time-consuming work to reveal that information, or at least what is publically available. I cannot fathom buying a stock without that basic knowledge.

You are from a generation that must have every I dotted every, t crossed and you must have a contingency plan to boot.   I come from a generation where we apply Occam's razor to our thinking.    You haven't made any points to sway the sentiment on your side.  Instead we apply Occam's razor and the situation will come together in time.

Yeah, that's much better than doing proper DD.

The simplest explanation is not that a retired engineer with nothing better to do other than post on this board will contribute to my understanding of the reality of Greenbriars short and long term prospects.    Occam takes into account all factors and the number one is your lack of credibility

Occam takes in the simpliest solution, not necessarily the correctly thought out process. I've heard you reference this on numerous occassions and feel you take a more heuristic reasoning to decision making. Simply minds, simply ideas.  Sven and yourself try to use philosophical distractions in order to justify your lack of factual responses to the pertinent facts being presented. I ...more

Well, shneps, some of my "blah, blah, blah" did correct your incorrect interpretation of the city's available pumping rights. Just sayin.

No. Read my first post related to the rights " Water Conservation News Release" dated June 12th, eight days after the NR (in which you said nothing). Duffman did respond. It wasn't relevant for me to followup whether Duffman had actually confirmed with the City (which I found extremely odd that the City would comment on Greenbriar's NR, especially considering the current ...more

Sir that's nice but irrelevant to the most important picture.  Your focus on arguing with entrenched BIAISED SELF SERVING LONGS is distracting from the most important questions and there's no win in that.   The most important questions are the most BASIC of them all.  Quality of management, projects, finances, share structure and other investment options.  DUH.

Great post.  I like your methodology and decision making process.   My Occams comparison is mostly in regards to Tyler and the 4 left turns he likes to take that drive is in a square and get us back right where we started.   When someone lacking credibility is the one asking the questions how serious does anyone take them?  Any answer you give will be met with negativity and ...more

When answers are totally devoid of facts, expect some blowback. And lately, you are the only one disrupting the board with endless personal attacks. That is trolling.

You usually have good insights schneps but they are getting lost in the relentless posting history of the poster with the most time on his hands
