Why the stock should be halted
More than a few people know what happened at yesterday's city council meeting.
Considering how material the result of that meeting is to GRB shareholders, having the stock trade without the company responding to the questions raised is simply unacceptable, IMO.
I realise the number of shares traded today isn't very significant, but it is just the principle of fairness to all investors involved. JMO

Management needs to communicate or they are going to run it into the ground to Cap Verde share price. They have some 'splaining to do...

As the days turn into weeks without an update from the company, the need for a halt just gets greater as time passes. Insiders cannot trade on non-public material information, but there are always others who have access, and they can trade freely. I don't see how that is fair to regular retail investors who are just guessing at this point in time. JMO
