May I ask what your take is on the silence from the company?
Do you think Strasser negotiating to sell what GRB shareholders paid $million+ for is ok?

I'm going to step in here under Lunderk's defense. Lunderk doesn't post often and is not necessarily a "cheerleader" besides being a shareholder. His last couple of posts were a bit of an exception to the rule but he generally provides a balanced commentary.

No longer affiliated with PWR, got his money and more for the Padel Club, got his money for the various land transfers, got his downpayment and now selling the water rights for a profit to the City. Woohoo..... If that happens to be the case ...more

I think the silence is concerning in the mindset that Jeff likes to boast about he company.  When he releases a negative news articles at least in the past he changes the template to "Greenbrier (or Westen Wind) is Not pleased to announce". When the court ruled in favor of the WD.  Some quick commentary would be nice on the plans going forward.  I still don't believe ...more
