RE:Greedstar Fraudculture

RE:Greedstar FraudcultureAllanedwards2,

You claim to have done dd on the company and have made defamatory insinuations of fraud.  I'm curious why you haven't contacted the company with your questions/insinuations as part of your dd?  I've received two email replies in the last 24 hrs (yes, on the weekend), and those replies were from one of the directors (not a pr rep); so they are quite approachable and responsive. Something tells me you're not interested, though, with attempting to clarify your questions.

Interesting that no one else on this board shares your doubts, and there have been a couple very thorough responses to your comments.  The company is doing what it can to provide transparency and counter the "China Stock Syndrome".

* company has been in operation for 19 years

* currently pays a 0.04 / share annual dividend which GRE announced the possibility of increasing to 0.06  in fiscal 2014

* had Collins Barrow, a reputable NA firm vet its recent purchase of Beichen Tomato Products

*  the $4.2 million purchase is to come from GRE's treasury

As for your questions of the financing, again, as others have stated as well as the company, there are significant plans for growth over the next two years:

* the $4.2 million purchase is to come from GRE's treasury...just thought I'd mention that again

* GreenStar plans to immediately begin expanding Beichen's current production capacity of 20,000 tons to 40,000 tons per annum by 2015 with the purchase and commissioning of an additional automated production line

* GRE will also expand the tomato paste production capacity at its Pucheng PRC manufacturing facilities. Expansion will include the construction of a new building on 10,000 m2 of land adjacent to GreenStars' current operations, to house two new automated tomato paste production and packaging lines, together with additional warehouse space and staff to support the increased production volumes.

* GreenStar's tomato paste production capacity will increase from the current production volume of 21,000 tons per annum to 80,000 to 100,000 tons, which will include an additional 30,000 to 40,000 tons of tomato paste that is expected to be generated from each of the two additional new production lines to be added with more advanced technology adapted by GreenStar to improve production efficiency. The clearing of land to accommodate the GreenStar Pucheng expansion has already commenced and is expected to be construction ready by the third quarter of 2014.

* GreenStar also announced that it has entered into negotiations to acquire a Canadian based importer and distributor of food products which has annual revenues of approximately CDN$50 Million

There's inherent risks with any investment, particularly a Venture exchange listed company with foreign operations.  Unlike you, I feel comfortable with my investment in GRE and look forward to its prospects going forward as well as the dividend and share price appreciation as more investors become aware of the story.

On another note, I have reason to believe your posts and probably your id, Allenedwards2, as well will be removed in due time.

Enjoy your weekend.
