RE:Significance of the Canadian Distributor Acquisition

RE:Significance of the Canadian Distributor Acquisition

With Calfornia going through a major drought and no with end in sight, Greenstar could be in a great position to grab some market share with all the fruits and vegetable supplies getting taken out the market. The Canadian distirbution deal can be significant from both a perception point of view with the market as well as for the long-term opertional success in growing the top and bottom lines.

Greenstar is the epitome of a company that is out-of-favor in an out-of-favor industry. However, if you dig a little beneth surface you start to see how the agricultural and food processing business can and will be a very profitiable business in the future. Obviously not many believe this as the stock value and the business value is at a major disconnect at this point. Hopefully the annual filings will be out soon and clarifiy all the doubts.
