Are you serious? The lawyers are whetting their chops and the auditors are knowing this; that's why the auditors want nothing to do with chinese companies; they're watching their friends in the industry getting "successfully sued"; hopefully they all have insurance coverage.
Btw, a director can't just resign a month before a scam is revealed; he's part of this whole mess and will probably be sued along with everyone else.
