I totally get where you are coming from and agree that is an accurate description of what has went on.
Maybe, I should not have bothered with this investment going by the previous history you have described.
However, This is probably the most speculative company in my Portfolio and I have thought about those issues and still decided to take the bet.
If I do lose out and management continue to destroy value, then I only have myself to blame! (and Management).
So hopefully my gamble pays off in this instance. However, there is no way I would bet the ranch on this company.
My reasoning for buying is to do with the news flow expected from the 3 properties and of course I am bullish on Gold. Another reason is the SP chart technicals and the strange ways in which Shares seem to come back at some point, possibly due to manipulation.
