Notice of Annual and Special MeetingJust received the information circular today. It is interesting to note that although they clearly state that " The Rights Plan was not adopted in response to any proposal to acquire control of the Company" that they find it necessary to redo, update the rights plan that was renewed in September. They seemed to be hitting more specific items in addressing the rights offering and how it is to be executed.
I don't know, maybe reading too much into this but more circumstantial evidence that the backfield is in motion.
Nice little step up today. Although it helps when the markets including gold are up between 2.8 and 4 percent.
