Patience

PatienceI’m excited by the potential here, but keep in mind it’s not going to be a fast process. The patent won't be granted any time soon. Patents of this type often take 5-10 years. Their claim of no competition doesn't take into account the last couple years where a similar patent could also be in the initial stages of filing. They should know within 24 months of filing if any other similar patents have been filed, though. We should have more lettuce and micro green results in the next couple months, but cannabis will take a little longer and there are still more pending trials in 2018 planned. A foliar spray exemption for cannabis from HC will also take time and that time frame is harder to gauge. LPs won’t commit to anything until that happens. But I’m optimistic patience will payoff in the end. If you want quick profits, look elsewhere.
