Annual General Meeting

Annual General MeetingJust got back from the AGM in Toronto. Here is the new corporate presentation:

Was a very exciting meeting. No official scientific trial results to post yet, but as the latest news release says, there is an observable visual difference at this ealy stage between the test plants vs the control plants. Full cannabis trial results should be here in 8-10 weeks, with lettuce/microgreens sooner than that. Projected revenue to begin in Q4 conservatively, but more likely Q3. There is already some interest, but they want to complete their scientific fact finding first.

Regarding the rebranding, there are various hoops/regulations required by the TSX to change a company's name and ticker symbol (which will be GROW, btw). Now that the vote has happened we should see the ticker in our brokerage accounts and the website changed in approx a week.

GO GROW!
