RE:RE:RE:RE:Hemp

RE:RE:RE:RE:HempAgreed. What Raytom wrote is unrelated to CO2GRO.

And as far as HC is concerned, they’re so behind in the general roll out of legalization and all the licensing req’d for that, I don’t believe our exemption request will be of high priority. But I do believe we will get some communication from HC this quarter, based on what Sam has said. Either way, I’m less interested in the HC exemption than I used to be. Don’t get me wrong, an exemption granted by HC followed shortly by Canopy, Aphria, ACB, etc wanting to trial/sign would be amazing! But GROW, through careful legal guidance has positioned themselves to be able to do business with US cannabis and hemp companies without violating the rules set by the TSX limiting Canadian companies in their dealings with US cannabis companies (as long as cannabis remains illegal on a federal level). This is huge. The US has no such ban on the foliar spraying of cannabis. I believe US cannabis trialing is already underway. And when we start to sign commercial agreements with American cannabis companies, I think the pursuit of Canadian LPs will become less of a concern.
