I'm not expecting any massive changes.  However it should still be a move in the right direction, giving a little more clarity than before.  For marginal producers which can only expecting shrinking margins in the future, it may be worth it for them to try out GROW's technology.
 
On the negative side, still no significant contracts in the US.  So even without the whole HC issue, there seem to be other issues preventing growers from adopting what GROW is selling.
