RE:RE:VERY ODDLevel 2 quotes are a picture of the asking prices and buying offers that fall directly below the current asking/bid you can see on any stock . I would never buy or sell a stock without looking at level 2 as it provides valuable insights on the quantity and price interest of that stock at that particular minute/hour /day. You can position your sells strategically and know your buy prices at larger quantities with level 2.
Both my BMO and Scotia trade platforms include level 2 as part of the package when you sign on with them.
Other posters here can let you know where they see them.
