RE:2.5 Million - Trying to look at the good side guysThe only way this deal is not dilutive is if the shares stay under 0.12 for the next 3 years and they pay back all interest and prinicipal with cash and not share. And if thats the case, they will be bankrupt by then since they wont have the cash to pay back and they wont be able to raise at these prices.

If the stock gets up to 0.20 and stays there and everything gets called, the share count will go up by ~52 MILLION shares based on my rough math from yesterday, which is a huge dilution.

Im hoping they use this to build inventory and to finance a big sale which gets the ball rolling and allows them to work their way up the S curve, but im not too optimistic.
