Oh man only 121k raised with 13.5% interest and free warrants. Yikes. Good luck everyone. Love the tech and the potential... but management just ain't it

The 1st tranche may be all they need for now to satisfy upcoming needs and they are limiting dilution if possible. Just because they are open to 2.5M doesn't mean they want/need it all at once. Why start paying interest right away when whatever this 1st tranche is for is all they need? Smart.

Im im heavy on a microcap (EOSE) who diluted with BAD terms (although 100x better than the terms here) and it got upsized from 40M to 50M because there was a lot of demand from funds.
