The Company is engaged in silver-gold resource expansion on its 100%-owned assets, located on the eastern edge of the Rosario Mining District, in the southeast of Sinaloa State, Mexico. The San Marcial Area is a 1,250-hectare property, which is located approximately 98 km southeast of Mazatlan, in the state of Sinaloa, and five km south of the Company’s Plomosas Mine Area. The Company controls 100% of two past producer precious metal underground and open pit mines, within the Plomosas Project, which includes the integrated San Marcial Area and Plomosas Mine. The Company holds 734 square kilometers (km2) of concessions containing various structural corridors totaling over 75 kilometers (km) in strike length. The Company owns a 100% interest in the La Trinidad Property located in the Rosario Mining District, Sinaloa, Mexico.

RE:RE:RE:Why the recent sell off?It probably will. We are in a slow market correction and market corrections are bad news for precious metals and precious metal miners.  What is currently happening to GRSL is happening to the entire sector.

Long term, GRSL has 10 million in the bank and a shallow drill programme that will last for the next year.  There will be plenty of opportunities for it to go back up.
