Many of these folks putting life and limb at risk to find some sort of existence in a less political termoiled environment.
These are the same poor people that were Chavez recipients of all the freebies.

Chavez was going to build a socialist nation on the revenues of oil. The US was in large part the reason this failed with all their sanctions.
No outsiders building their wealth on the resources of the Venezuelan people was the Modus Operandi of Chavez and now Maduro.
