Siembra Minera is beneficially owned 55% by Corporacion Venezolana de Mineria, S.A., a Venezuelan government corporation, and 45% by the Company. The Company's subsidiaries include Gold Reserve Corporation, GR Mining (Barbados) Inc., GR Procurement (Barbados) Inc., and GR Mining Group (Barbados) Inc.

RE: Sensible1 - Quotes on Gold Reserve....Give him Hell Derb, you da man. Your factual posts and,insight are very much appreciated. I also believe that once gold hits $400 US, things are really going to happen, most of the unhedged gold mining stocks are going to go through the roof.
