Special Master to Court re: Step 5 Creditors updated list

See below for the two documents submitted by the Special Master.  It's interesting that he makes it very clear that his updated list of Creditors is shown by date, as was mandated by the court, but he also points out that the court will make the final determination.

This is particulary interesting because the big Conoco case reached Step Five on December 14 and is near the bottom.  Hopefully they keep this order.

Here's a snippet of his words:

Notwithstanding my recommendation included in this letter, I note the Steps Chart continues to be an organization of each party’s asserted claim amount and the date(s) on which such party claims to have completed the applicable step(s) prescribed by the Court in the July 27 Order. Until the entry by the Court of the Priority Order and the subsequent orders contemplated by the priority arrangement procedures, the relative priority of Attached Judgments is not final.
