I partly agree . Among the long series of risks to be considered, the last one was as a retail small investor what chance we have to have the whole or part of the award in hands. I hope we wont see any awful trick in the end, just like in an overcomplicated end scenario in a hollywpod movie.

Thanks for your thougjts! Could you link any article about what other litigation or claim GRZ has? So your plan is to wait till the end of the auction pricess, get any payback from that as a shareholder in qmy form (not realizing the profit by selling the stock) , and hold the share after that through the next years.

Nothing special. I have GRZ since 2008 and recently bought RML as the litigation in the USA started to go in favor of the creditors. I have a couple of others: TQQQ, AMZN, GOOG. I have ETFs in the S&P and Russell 2000.

I have read on ceo.ca an interesting thought on the way RML could even double of the value of its claim, as the auction may go on a significamt discount. SixBottles is the poater
