Slappy Jo..GRZ has gone nowhere in the past 2 months while Rusoro has tripled. Grz has 30 mln cash,no debt and only 109mln shares and due and award of 1bln US...Why is this ..It sb worth 9 cdn.

This stock - any stock...including  RML - is only worth what someoe is willing to pay for it. I own both. Several penny stock sites have been hyping RML. Not true for GRZ.  And there are more buyers willing to buy more shares when a stock is $.30 instead of $30. RML has a lot of shady characters with their hands in this. The only thing RML has on GRZ is they are ahead in line.

I have to argue with that . What if RML wouldnt buy one tenth of Citgo for 1.5 bn, but 1/4 of it, for half of the fair value  You may not get any div. immediately, but the company may gain a huge value  The main advantage of RML against GRZ (besides disadvanteges) os the position in the prior list. Alp those factors  you mentioned are only valid and interesting when both get full

With RML you don't know what you're going to get, or when, or how much.  If they buy some portion of Citgo, it may take years before you're above water.  They may take on huge debt for the acquisition, so, instead of having $1.5 billion in cash, they might have $1.5 billion in debt. I have no idea when we'll know the price. I would guess not until the end, or even after the sale occurs. Reuters seems to have sources inside. They reported four people familiar with the process said the initial bids were low. That could be just because everyone is bidding low early on. It could be lack of interest. It could be bidders' fear of future litigation where someone claims the
