Is it me or do intercepts start really far below surface?

Am I missing something or do the gold intercepts seem to start pretty far below surface???? Is this why there is a lack of enthusiasm here for this stock? New here and would appreciate some others perspective? Just my opinion. Good luck to all?

At first glance the results looked good to me. However, I am also no expert, but that seems like a long way down to start an intercept? Just my opinion. Good luck to all.

it is not uncommon to see open pit mines go that deep, there is gold on the way down as well so its not digging that deep for only whats at that ~500m depth. you can on the presentations the cross sections which will show an easier visual in 2D, as well as a bird eye view for how wide the mine can go.  if it is planned correctly, and they have an economically viable amount at those deeper ...more

Thanks for the perspective. I have just started digging into this company and appreciate any input! I am currently trying to look at past drill results to try and get a better picture. Thanks again.
