Gensource Potash Corporation is a Canada-based fertilizer development company. The Company is focused on developing resource opportunities with a specific focus on potash development. The Company operates under a business plan that has two key components: vertical integration with the market to ensure that all production capacity built is directed, and pre-sold, to a specific market, eliminating market-side risk; and technical innovation, which allows for a modular and economic potash production facility, which demonstrates environmental leadership within the industry, producing no salt tailings, therefore eliminating decommissioning. Its projects include Tugaske Project, Vanguard Area and Lazlo Area. The Vanguard Area is 100% owned in central Saskatchewan, located 170 kilometers (km) South of Saskatoon, 150 km North-West of Regina on a provincial highway system. Most shareholders hanging on to their shares tightly

Most shareholders hanging on to their shares tightly
Often mused about who was selling, but another good question is who is buying.  Volume is really light, less than an average
of $400,000 for the last few days.  As far as I can tell at least three followers on this board have either sold their position or took a little off the table, but
if you compare this to the total share count, it represents a very very small fraction of shareholders. Theoret should be back or on his way
back and I would not be surprised to see them hammer out some kind of agreement over the weekend.  I am hoping they come up with
another creative solution, like the debenture issue.  Possible sell a portion of the project or agree to some percentage of module two or three.
At any rate this small drop after a huge run does not seem to be shaking a lot of shares out from current shareholders.  Also would not be surprised to see another large group of investors or a another bank join the group to help bankroll the project with some guarantees for a sweet deal on future modules.
