if I recall we were making the same suggestions back in 2021 on board changes in anticipation of I think Helm representation or potential financiers....nothing ever happened....

Bobby is right!!  Over the years, Gensource has wisely picked strategic investors. The company required their talents during evolving stages of development.  Mike Mueller and his forte of excellence has been a great asset for the company.  With financing moving to another level, the company requires people in their organization that are relative and well connected to this next
