Any guesses on how they structure the next financing arrangement?   Will it be similiar to previous Essel, Helm, or even Maverick attempts or a blending perhaps.....

sw248, I am very hopeful a financing deal can come to fruitition in the very near term, but I think focusing on one project and actually seeing it through, instead of bouncing all over Vanguard will be the key.  Shareholders I have communicated with want to see a drill spinning at the Tugaske project asap, as opposed to the corporation spending any more money on the newly acquired SMP200

Dan, it is mind boggling that you continue to flog the same old dead horse.  I'd like to add another point, made by you, about missing an official Capex and Opex report, this is just more clever slander.  Over the past Mike has given investors broad hints that they have found rather large and impactful cost savings. If you missed those hints, you may be the only one.  Mike

Why so negative ole black?   A corporation that has the secret sauce, doesnt sit on it for a decade allowing competitors to catch up, and common sense dictates that if any of these potash hopefuls has already solved the elusive downhole puzzle, they would be producing economic novel potash as we speak. Two have recently tried and so far, very little positive news from either.

sw248 only 8 days left for those taking advantage of tax loss selling so hopefully the bottom is in, and the shareprice can benefit from a Santa Claus Rally the last few days of Decemeber and early Jan. Time will tell as it always does!

I don't think the bottom is in, the big boys will take it down as far as they can before buying as much as they can. A lot of long term investors will be iviserated long before any drill starts turning

With the stock value so low I wonder why the TP investor wouldn't buy the whole company and take it private, would certainly provide a windfall investment.
