RE:PNG licences gone - what's left..?What's left? Not much, I think. BUT the whole company is valued now only $711,770. With an accumulated deficit of $42,584,292 at September 30, 2013 it seems to be a nice speculation the new board will restart a new company within the corporate shell...
Losing the PNG licences was unimportant - they had no money to continue. Now they have arranged a debt settlement and property transfer agreement - one step further on the road to restructuring.
If the company isn't closed - and I don't think it will because of the new board - there ist no more downside in the stock.
I just bought a position and will exercise patience. Maybe Vangold will come to new life in a few months.
