The important question is not who 1518164 Ontario Inc is, but who did 1518164 Ontario Inc sell their stock to?  Could be a major new player (investor) that wanted a position, and has something of value to offer GTA down the road.  This could be significant, if it is a big name (i.e. Robert McKewen as an example).
