Of course PP's are done at lower levels within a year.  Do you think all stocks go up and never come down?  Look at the last 365 day charts for almost any mining company - junior or major.  How many companies are worh more now than they were a year ago? - hardly any.  In fact most have dropped HALF their value.  If they didn't continue to try and raise money every 6 months to a year they would go out of business.  That's the nature of the game.  It's cyclical.  Sometimes you win, most times you lose.  As far as being a veritable source or having some sort of 'intention', whatever that means,.....I'm not going to waste my time on you with a response.
