RE:sept 25There does not appear to be any brokerage involved in this stock. TD is a discount house and is acting for individuals. If you work through the PEA from 2011 and put in the bulk sample results there appears to be consistency in the recoveries but a major difference in the grade reflecting a difference in dilution due to more selective mining. Fewer tons moved at a 43% increase in grade.
This translates into being a deposit that needs a rethink. If it can be mined with a higher strip ratio but delivering higher grades to the mill would significantly would change the economics and allow custom milling as transportation costs would be reduced. The PEA envisioned an on site mill (a 500 ton portable mill that belonged(s) to Almaden.
If there are more veins similar to the ones that were mined for the bulk sample- then erecting a mill would make sense. This avenue means a fair amount of additional drilling and engineering which would drain the treasury. If the gold price strengthens some more I am sure money could be found because the stock price is so low at present that the brokerages that do junior underwritings would fall all over themselves to do a deal at the current stock price. Time will tell and I am patient. I await a prospectus.
