Anyone know how much money is needed to get to commercial production? Presentation shows an initial capex of 21.5USD. Not sure if it's less now.

A whopping 3 shares exchanged for less than a dollar. Is this real life? On a more serious note once under official commercial production I'd like to see a dividend.
