spoke with mgmt ths week they would give me no timetable for release of news or drills or 43 101. nor should they. they did say quite a bit about the lawsuit. they did say that they knew of no take over and if they did they would not share same. they did talk about their poor web site and they would be updating it. they did talk about the strip of land over batistas land. it is just a nuisance thing that could turn into something was my take on their thoughts.
